Sound Empire Entertainment is committed to providing a positive impact in the communities in which we work and live. It is our mission to provide our skills, resources and time to help those in need. While each member of the Sound Empire Entertainment family is encouraged to get involved in a variety of ways there are two causes that we remain a champion.  

 

Mental Illness Awareness

Sound Empire Entertainment partners with the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) Maryland and other groups to bring awareness to those families and individuals suffering from the debilitating effects of mental illnesses.  In addition to various projects throughout the year S.E.E. is a sponsor as well as serves on the event committee for the Maryland NAMIWalks for the Mind of America. This is a part of a larger national fundraising and awareness campaign to help change the way Americans view persons with mental illness.

 

Youth Arts Programs

Sound Empire Entertainment understands the importance of exposing young people to arts programs to give them an opportunity for self-expression in a healthy and creative way.  Unfortunately schools have significantly cut performing arts and other artistic programs. This leaves it to the communities to develop and fund these programs. At S.E.E. we provide support and other resources to organizations doing this important work. Previous partners include Baltimore Dance Crews project and Prodigy Youth Services-S.W.A.G.G. Academy.
